  • COA-Backed

HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, published by lot. Molecular weight and sequence on every product page.

Verified, not just claimed.

Anyone can print “99% pure” on a label. CompoundPlug backs its compounds with independent third-party testing — HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for identity — and publishes the analysis so it can be checked, not taken on faith.

Where we’ve independently re-tested a batch under our own name, a CompoundPlug Verified badge appears with our own Certificate of Analysis. Everything else shows the third-party source analysis for that compound, with the testing lab named and the manufacturer withheld.

We independently verify more of our catalog under the CompoundPlug name every month.

Research Peptides in Canada

Tested before it ships. Every compound in the catalogue is independently HPLC-tested for purity and mass-spec verified for identity, and the certificate is published against the lot number printed on the vial rather than asserted in marketing copy. Canada peptides suppliers routinely quote purity figures; this one publishes the chromatogram behind them.

Sourcing domestically usually comes down to one question vendors avoid answering: who tested this, and can the buyer see it. Shipping from within the country removes the customs variable. Independent per-batch retesting removes the trust one.

CompoundPlug supplies research-grade peptides and research compounds to Canadian laboratories and researchers. Seven classes across the catalog — GLP-1 receptor agonists, tissue-repair peptides, growth hormone secretagogues, cognitive peptides, longevity and mitochondrial compounds, melanocortin peptides, and reproductive-endocrinology compounds — plus the bacteriostatic water and supplies needed to work with them.

Everything ships from within Canada, priced in CAD. No border. No customs. No waiting three weeks on a package from overseas that may or may not arrive. Canadian peptides, held in Canadian stock.

The Canadian research-compound market runs almost entirely on trust. Purity gets printed on a label and rarely substantiated. Independent testing exists but is seldom published. CompoundPlug was built to invert that — publish the analysis, don’t assert the result.

What “Research Grade” Actually Means

The phrase gets used loosely. Here is what it means here.

HPLC for purity

High-performance liquid chromatography separates everything in a sample and quantifies it. It answers one question: how much of this vial is the compound it claims to be, and what else is in there.

Mass spectrometry for identity

HPLC establishes purity. It does not establish that the pure substance is the right substance. Mass spectrometry measures molecular weight and confirms the compound is what the label says.

Purity without identity is meaningless

A vial can be 99% pure and 99% the wrong molecule. Most vendors publish one number. That number, on its own, tells you almost nothing.

This is not hypothetical. TB-500 is sold across the market under one name and refers to two different molecules — full-length Thymosin Beta-4 (43 amino acids, molecular weight 4963) and a seven-residue fragment (molecular weight ~878). More than five times the mass. Same product name. HPLC cannot tell them apart. Both return 99% purity. Both results are true.

Only mass spectrometry says which molecule is in the vial.

A Certificate of Analysis, published

Testing that isn’t published is a claim, not evidence. Every analysis is in the COA Library, tied to the lot number printed on the vial.

Every CompoundPlug product page publishes the molecular formula, molecular weight, sequence, and purity specification for the compound in the vial. Vials are measured by peptide content — the stated mass is peptide, not gross powder weight.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are research peptides?

Short chains of amino acids studied in laboratory settings for their biological activity. CompoundPlug supplies them for in-vitro and in-vivo research.

What's the difference between HPLC and mass-spec testing?

HPLC measures purity — how much of a vial is the compound, and what else is present. Mass spectrometry confirms identity — that the compound is actually what the label says. A vial can be highly pure and still be the wrong molecule, which is why both matter. Most vendors publish only the first.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A report from a testing laboratory covering a specific batch. Every CompoundPlug analysis is published in the COA Library and tied to a lot number, so a vial can be checked against the analysis for the batch it came from.

Do you publish molecular weight and sequence?

Yes — on every product page, alongside the purity specification and molecular formula. It matters more than it sounds: some compounds are sold across this market under a single name that refers to more than one molecule. Publishing the molecular weight is the only way to say which one is in the vial.

Does CompoundPlug ship across Canada?

Yes — from within Canada. CAD pricing, no border risk, fast domestic delivery. Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency accepted.

What does "research use only" mean?

Compounds are supplied for in-vitro and in-vivo laboratory research by qualified professionals, not for human consumption. CompoundPlug provides no dosing recommendations. See Research Use Only.
